In this position, Jim Stamegna can offer you a single-point-of-contact for technical issues and questions about MyMathLab, MathXL, MyStatLab, MyMathTest, and MyFoundationsLab. As a former Technology Specialist and sales rep, he is familiar with your needs and understands the demand that can be placed on you from other users.
Jim is available now, so please feel free to contact him if you have specific technical questions, problems, concerns, feedback, emergencies, or questions from other faculty who contact you. He is available via phone at 877-575-1430 x 6512 or by email at jim.stamegna@pearson.com. He is generally available during business hours in EST, but will check email often and will be on alert during peak support times.
Jim is not a replacement for technical support. Your general needs and most student issues can be handled there. Understanding your commitment to Pearson our products, we want to make sure that you are well supported.
