Cite, dedicated to technology in education, guided 400+ higher-education professionals from around the world through keynote presentations, best practice discussions, and new perspectives on using technology this year at its 12th annual event, April 11-13 in Denver , Colorado .
Innovative learning strategies for incorporating technology in education were shared across a variety of tracks attendees chose to follow. The newest track, Utilizing Technology for Course Redesign, was specifically aimed at administrators. This track shared strategies for achieving better outcomes through the use of technology in restructuring online teaching and learning experiences. Although it was the first time this track was offered at Cite, attendance was good in the small, but effective, sessions. With sessions and opportunities designed with administrators in mind, Pearson is hoping to entice a larger group of administrators to attend Cite next year.
